The 1030nm 200mW 100KHz DFB Narrow Linewidth Butterfly Laser Diode adopts a 14 PIN diode structure, and can work stably in continuous wave(CW) mode. It’s a high-performance laser device, with a 200mW high output power and narrow linewidth below 100kHz. It’s suitable for use as a seed source for lasers, spectroscopy, and optical sensing.
